Meta Backman, Manager Fraud Prevention Finnair has worked with online fraud prevention at Finnair since their first online fraud case in 2004.
She is the chairperson of the European Airlines Fraud Prevention group having been one of the founding members of the group in 2007. Global airline, card issuer and police network is high on her agenda in fraud prevention.
She was also one of the founding members of Perseuss, the fraud data sharing platform used by airlines and now also used by other companies in the travel industry.
