Naomi Robinson - APACS - Special Projects Manger

Naomi joined APACS, the UK payments association in 2000, her initial responsibilities were for the production of fraud management information.

Since 2001 Naomi has worked within the Fraud Control Unit of APACS. The Fraud Control Unit provides the forum for APACS and its Member banks to address the co-operative aspects of all types of payment and card fraud.

Naomi was secretariat to the Plastic Fraud Prevention Forum (PFPF) for six years, but has recently been working on improving industry fraud management information, particularly from a non-plastic fraud perspective.

Naomi's presentation will cover:

-card fraud trends

-Industry CNP and card present fraud control

-Collaborative ID theft prevention, and

-Data sharing and law enforcement industry enabling strategies
