Joy Storrar - Newcastle Building Society -  Financial Crime Manager

Joy spent over 20 years with Northern Rock, the last ten years of which were in Investigations and Group Compliance.

Moving to NBS in March 2008 , Joy has responsibility for implementing procedures, providing training and ensuring that prepaid card schemes and firms that manage them are adhering to regulatory and legislatory obligations.

A Fellow of the International Compliance Association, she also holds the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection and is a member of the Prepaid International Forum Fraud and Risk Working Group.
