A NBG employee since 1995. As of 1999 she works in the ATM sector, initially in operations monitoring, later in ATM customer service, specialised in disputed transactions and electronic fraud. In 2005 she joined the newly founded Transaction Security Department where she was actively involved in the implementation of a new antifraud system. She remains until today in charge of fraud analysis and the (antifraud) system development by designing and updating “rules” for fraudulent transactions detection. |
